Ingredients:

- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup sour cream, dairy or non-dairy alternative (soy sour cream or plain coconut yogurt)
- 1/4 cup +/- very warm water
