Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 squash
  • 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 package of thin spaghetti
  • Any seasoning that you prefer

Instructions:

  1. Cook the ground turkey on the stove
  2. Dice the zucchini and squash into tiny bite sized pieces
  3. Once the turkey has cooked completely, add the can of diced tomatoes, zucchini, squash & spaghetti sauce and stir
  4. Simmer for around 15 minutes until the vegetables have become tender .
  5. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions
