Crack Breakfast Casserole – crazy good! We are totally addicted to this easy breakfast casserole!! Crescent rolls, bacon, cheddar, ranch dressing, eggs and milk. Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1-1/2 lb bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp dry Ranch Dressing mix
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Lightly spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray.  Unroll crescent rolls and press into the bottom of the 9×13 pan, pressing seams together to seal.
  3. Sprinkle cooked bacon on top of crescent rolls. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. dry Ranch dressing mix
  5. Bake 25-35 minutes or until center is set.
