Hempmeal Morning Bowl (Food Freedom)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. Hemp Hearts
- 2 tsp. Black Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- < 1/2 c. Water or Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp. Cashew Butter
Instructions:
- Boil the water (or heat up the almond milk in a saucepan)Stir in Hemp Hearts, cinnamon and Chia seeds, and stir occasionally for 4 minutesStir in cashew butter for extra creaminessTop with some yummy things (this morning I chose strawberries, coconut, an extra spoonful of cashew butter and cacao nibs).
