Ingredients:

  • 1 mango, about 300g – weighed without skin and stone
  • 100 ml plain yogurt
  • 150 ml milk
  • a pinch of ground cardamom
  • to garnish: ground cardamon, sliced pistachios
  • to garnish: ground cardamon, sliced pistachios
  • to garnish: ground cardamon, sliced pistachios

Instructions:

  1. Wash the mango, peel it, remove the stone. Blend mango pulp with yogurt, milk and optionally a pinch of ground cardamom together. Garnish with sliced pistachios, serve chilled.
