Strawberries are high in antioxidants and Vitamin C. This smoothie also makes a great alternative to fizzy drinks for the kids after school.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1/2 punnet strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup natural yogurt, low fat
  • 1 tbsp. honey

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth using a stick blender, add some ice.
  2. Serve immediately.
