Best Hot Chocolate
September in Michigan means changeable weather. Yesterday was sunny and bright, but today is grey and dank, with a clammy chill shivering in the air. I have the cure at hand: the best hot chocolate. This is the good stuff, not from a pouch or a box, but real milk and chocolate, simmered to perfection in about 5 minutes.
