Glowing Skin Smoothie
You’ve gotta try this nutrient-packed glowing skin smoothie. It’s easy to make and good for your skin!
Ingredients:
- 1 c. raspberries
- ½ c. strawberries
- ½ c. pineapple chunks
- ¼ c. blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 c. spinach
- 1 orange, juice and zest
- 1 tbsp. flaxseed
- 1 tbsp. hemp hearts
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of blender, placing the heaviest ones on top. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
