These homemade yogurt fruit leathers are a life saver for when we all get the sweet tooth and the munchies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (preferably organic as berries are high in pesticides)
  • 2 cups full fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 – 2 Tbs honey

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor (love this one). Blend until smooth.
  2. Cover your dehydrator trays with plastic wrap or unbleached parchment paper.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture thinly over 2 – 3 trays. (Mine took up two trays in my Excaliber Dehydrator.)
  4. Dehydrate at 135 degress for 6 – 8 hours (I'd start checking around 4 hours, as humidity levels will change the time for everyone. Mine took about 7 hours.)
  5. Cut up in strips and store in an air tight container.
