Delectable One-Pan Chicken and Veggie Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Sesame seeds and green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, and chicken broth. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and snow peas to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies. Stir to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until the sauce thickens and the veggies are tender, about 5 more minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
