Try this easy and delicious Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap for Lunch!
Are you looking for a tasty and healthy lunch option? This Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap recipe is perfect for prepping ahead of time or making fresh in only a few minutes. You can use a store-bought rotisserie chicken or grill your own chicken for an even more delicious taste.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat wrap
- ½ cup of cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 chopped romaine lettuce heart
- 1 roma tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup of shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp of Caesar salad dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Place the wrap on a plate or flat surface, and add the chicken to the middle of the wrap.
- Add the chopped romaine and roma tomato on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the vegetables.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the entire wrap and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll up the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Cut the wrap in half and enjoy immediately or wrap in foil to take with you.
