Delicious and Easy Weekday Lunch: Avocado and Turkey Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 3 slices of turkey breast
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 2 tablespoons of mayo
  • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, dijon mustard, and honey to make the sauce.
  2. Lay out the tortilla on a flat surface and spread the sauce over the entire surface.
  3. Layer the turkey, avocado, cheese, onion, pepper, and arugula on one end of the tortilla.
  4. Roll up the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  5. Secure the wrap with toothpicks or kitchen twine, if necessary.
  6. Cut in half and serve immediately.
