- Add onions and peppers to the same skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes or until they start to soften.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss with the onions and peppers.

- Assemble fajitas by placing a scoop of the chicken and vegetable mixture on each tortilla. Top with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice (optional).
