Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 4-6 slices of turkey breast
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until they’re nice and crispy.
- While the bread is toasting, prepare the avocado mash. In a bowl, mix together the mashed avocado, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
