Crunchy and Delicious: Try Our Baked Zucchini Fries Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Cut your zucchinis into French fries-shaped pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each piece of zucchini into the egg mixture, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini fries on a baking sheet that’s been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes:
You can also try substituting the zucchini with other vegetables, such as sweet potatoes or carrots.
