Crispy and Delicious Parmesan Garlic Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  4. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes until crisp and lightly browned, stirring once halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese while still hot, stirring until evenly coated.
  7. The chickpeas will become even more crunchy as they cool.
