Quick and Delicious Pesto Chicken Panini for Lunch

Pesto Chicken Panini

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 tbsp pesto
  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Spread 1 tbsp of pesto on each slice of bread.
  3. Add a slice of mozzarella cheese and a slice of tomato on two of the slices of bread.
  4. Put the chicken slices on top of the tomato slices and cover with the other two slices of bread.
  5. Cook the paninis in a pan or sandwich press until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
