Quick and Delicious Pesto Chicken Panini for Lunch
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 tbsp pesto
- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices of tomato
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
- Spread 1 tbsp of pesto on each slice of bread.
- Add a slice of mozzarella cheese and a slice of tomato on two of the slices of bread.
- Put the chicken slices on top of the tomato slices and cover with the other two slices of bread.
- Cook the paninis in a pan or sandwich press until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
