Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and diced chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons Greek vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Place the whole wheat tortilla on a plate or cutting board.
- Add the mixed greens to the center of the tortilla.
