Ingredients:
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup of your favorite salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Begin by washing and chopping the vegetables.
2. Add the romaine lettuce to a large bowl.
3. Add the chopped red and yellow bell peppers, cucumber, carrot, and red onion to the bowl.
4. Add the diced avocado.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the salad dressing, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well combined.
