Ingredients

  1. 4 large eggs
  2. 1/4 cup ⁣milk
  3. 1/2⁤ teaspoon salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoon​ black pepper
  5. 1 tablespoon vegetable⁤ oil
  6. 1/2 cup cooked ⁣and crumbled breakfast sausage
  7. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar ‍cheese
  8. 4 ⁢large flour tortillas

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and ‍black pepper.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
