Ingredients:

  • 2 cans chickpeas; drained
  • 12 oz bag Frozen Carrots, defrosted and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Cream
  • 1 tbsp Korma Seasoning
  • 2 tsp of salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes to let flavors set.
