Breakfast Polenta
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey, plus more for serving
- 3/4 cup instant polenta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Instructions:
- Bring milk, salt, 1 1/2 tbsp. honey and 1/3 cup water to boil. Add polenta; stir over low heat, 2 minutes. Whisk in butter. Serve with berries, nuts and more honey.
