Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Raw Ground Beef, or chicken or steak
  • 3 C of Veggies, fresh or frozen (I used, yukon gold potatoes, frozen carrots, frozen peas and frozen broccoli)
  • 1/4 C Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 C BBQ Sauce (I highly recommend, Sweet Baby Rays)
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lay out foil. Put the raw meat on the foil. Pour the worcestershire sauce over the meat, 1/2 the BBQ sauce and salt and pepper.
  2. Add on the veggies. Drizzle olive oil and remaining BBQ sauce over the top.
  3. Fold over the foil and close up the packet, like so. Place on a pan incase there is a leak so it doesn't spill into the bottom of the oven.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes. Check the meat and be sure there is no pink. Once everything is cooked, mix everything up and cut up the meat.
