Chocolate Almond Keto Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup = 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup = 60 ml unsweetened all-natural almond butter
- 1 scoop vanilla-flavored stevia-sweetened whey protein OR rice protein
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- Optional: 2-3 tablespoons powdered erythritol
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Close the lid tightly and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy! Decorate the smoothie with grated dark chocolate, if you like.
