Cinnamon Weight Loss Drink
Dear friends I hope you are all well. As you always search how to lose weight. Here I have an awesome treat for you. Some of you do fast, some do diet, some take diet pills. But I know these are sometimes harmful. Along the way I learnt so much about my favorite organ, the liver, and how a depleted, overworked or toxic liver could cause your body to release stress hormones and hold undo extra weight. I decided that instead of focusing on losing weight. I’d focus on losing toxins thus this recipe. We need only three ingredient. Honey is a magical food. Cinnamon has a regulatory effect. Lemon and hot water help to melt the weight.
Ingredients:
- Organic cinnamon powder 2 tsp
- Organic honey 4 tsp
- Lemon squeezed 2
Instructions:
- Take a saucepan boil two glasses of water. Then bring it to normal temperature.
- Now add organic cinnamon powder, organic honey and squeeze lemon in it. Your Weight Loss Drink is ready.
