Ingredients:
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- While the pasta cooks, season the shrimp with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Melt the butter with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
