Crispy and Delicious Parmesan Garlic Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain and rinse chickpeas, the pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, garlic powder and black pepper, and then add the chickpeas and stir until well coated.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until crisp and lightly browned, stirring once halfway through.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese while still hot, stirring until evenly coated.
- The chickpeas will become even more crunchy as they cool.
