Crispy Chicken Caesar Wrap: A Quick and Easy Lunch Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place tortillas one-by-one in skillet and cook until lightly browned and pliable, about 30 seconds to 1 minute per side.
2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan cheese.
3. Place one cooked tortilla on a work surface and top with 1/4 of the chicken mixture, 1/4 cup romaine lettuce, and 2 tablespoons croutons.
4. Fold both sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it up tightly. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
5. Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately.
