Chicken Stir-Fry

Delectable One-Pan Chicken and Veggie Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Sesame seeds and green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, and chicken broth. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add onions, bell peppers, and snow peas to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies. Stir to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook until the sauce thickens and the veggies are tender, about 5 more minutes.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
