Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 yellow pepper, diced

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey mustard
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked and shredded chicken, diced avocados, red onion, red pepper, green pepper and yellow pepper.
