Delicious and Easy Weekday Lunch: Avocado and Turkey Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 large tortilla wrap
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 3 slices of turkey breast
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 handful of arugula
- 2 tablespoons of mayo
- 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, dijon mustard, and honey to make the sauce.
- Lay out the tortilla on a flat surface and spread the sauce over the entire surface.
- Layer the turkey, avocado, cheese, onion, pepper, and arugula on one end of the tortilla.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Secure the wrap with toothpicks or kitchen twine, if necessary.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
