- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set, about 3-5 minutes.
