Ingredients

  • 20 button mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the pesto, cream cheese, and parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps until they are filled.
  5. Place mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is lightly browned.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
