Ingredients
- 20 button mushrooms
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the pesto, cream cheese, and parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps until they are filled.
- Place mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is lightly browned.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
