Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat tenderizer.
