Easy and Delicious Garlic Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms
These garlic parmesan stuffed mushrooms are so easy to make and perfect for any occasion. Serve them as an appetizer or as a side dish with your favorite meal.
Ingredients:
- 20 large mushrooms
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the mixture all over the mushroom caps.
- In another bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the breadcrumb mixture into each mushroom cap, pressing it down gently to fill the space.
