Ingredients:

parmesan ⁤cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan ⁣cheese

parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

garlic
2 cloves garlic, minced

onion
1/4 cup finely chopped onion

salt
1/4 teaspoon salt

pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

olive oil
1/4 ​cup olive‍ oil

white wine
1/4 cup white‍ wine

mushrooms
10 large mushrooms, stems removed

Steps:
