Easy and Delicious Parmesan and Herb Stuffed Mushrooms
These Parmesan and herb stuffed mushrooms are the perfect appetizer for any occasion. Easy to make and full of flavor, they’re sure to be a hit with your guests.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
10 large mushrooms, stems removed
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, combine parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Drizzle olive oil and white wine over the mushroom caps.
- Carefully spoon the parmesan mixture into the mushroom caps.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
