Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit.
3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth and combined.
4. Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
5. Press the mixture firmly into the baking dish, making sure it is evenly distributed.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Let cool completely in the baking dish and then cut into bars.
Note: These granola bars can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
