Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes

- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a large baking dish and season with smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the sweet potatoes, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, zucchini, onion, and garlic around the chicken.
