  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
