Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don’t overmix or your pancakes will be tough.
- Preheat a non-stick griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
