Green Smoothie Fat Bombs
Made with just 4 wholesome ingredients – avocados, coconut milk, spinach, and vanilla, these green smoothie fat bombs are exactly what you need for a healthy snack.
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados, pitted with skin removed
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 t vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Using a teaspoon, transfer the mixture into the cavities of the silicone mold.
- Place in the freezer for two hours to set then enjoy!
