• 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice (more or less to taste)


  1. Add almonds and cashews to food processor and pulse until a fine powder is formed.
  2. Add in dates and lemon juice and pulse until a sticky ball has formed.
  3. Roll into 1 inch balls and refrigerate for about 20 minutes to allow them to set.
