Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Mix mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil in a small jar by shaking it. Pour over washed fresh lettuce. Store leftover in your refrigerator for a month.
