Mango Lassi – Indian Yogurt Drink With Mango
1 large portion or 2 medium
Ingredients:
- 1 mango, about 300g – weighed without skin and stone
- 100 ml plain yogurt
- 150 ml milk
- a pinch of ground cardamom
- to garnish: ground cardamon, sliced pistachios
- to garnish: ground cardamon, sliced pistachios

Instructions:
- Wash the mango, peel it, remove the stone. Blend mango pulp with yogurt, milk and optionally a pinch of ground cardamom together. Garnish with sliced pistachios, serve chilled.
