Monday Morning Breakfast
“I came up with this concoction when I started eating healthier. It’s simple and delicious.”
Ingredients:
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 medium fresh tomato, chopped
- 3 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- In a bowl, stir together eggs, tomato, and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
