Morning Green Frappe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup kale leave
- ½ cup mint leaves
- ½ cup cucumber
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- ½ cup ice
- 1 lime
Instructions:
- Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend till smooth.
- Serve in a chilled glass with a squeeze of lime.
