Morning Potion
Best way to start your mornings while detoxing the body at the same time. On account of my personal experience I can assure you that the daily usage of this tea makes you thinner and gives immune against common cold n coughs.
Ingredients:
- Water 1/2 ltr
- Jaggery 2 inch piece
- Basil leaves 7-8
- Ginger grated 1tbsp
- Clove crushed 1
- Black pepper 7-8 crushed
- Lemon grass long leaf 1
- Mint leaves 7-8
- juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
- Get your all ingredients except lemon n jaggery boiling for 5 minutes.
- Add jaggery n boil for more 4 minutes.
- Add green tea n let it steep covered for 5 minutes.
- Strain this syrup, add Lemon juice and enjoy sipping..
