Oven Baked Omelet | Great Weekend Morning Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- ⅓ cup heavy cream, half & half or milk (obviously, the heavy cream will work best)
- 1 cup finely chopped ham
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ⅓ cup finely chopped green pepper
- ⅓ cup finely chopped onion
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400. Spray an 8×8 casserole dish with olive oil or vegetable oil spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, salt, pepper and cream
- Add cheese, ham, onion and green pepper. Stir to mix
- Pour mixture in to prepared dish
- Bake for 30 minutes or until completely set
