Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup dried fruit
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, honey, peanut butter, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, dried fruit, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down firmly until it is evenly spread out.
