Quick and Easy One-Pan Chicken Fajitas Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lime, juiced
- 8-10 flour tortillas, warmed
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes or until browned.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, and salt to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the veggies are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the chicken fajitas and stir to combine.
- Serve the chicken fajitas in warm flour tortillas and enjoy!
